This Cookie Policy explains how Syltra AI ("we") uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser localStorage) on the Syltra AI platform. We use only technologies that are strictly necessary for the Service to function — we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

1. Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required for signing in and using the platform:

  • refresh_token — keeps you signed in securely between visits (HttpOnly; not accessible to scripts). Set after login; removed at logout or expiry.
  • auth_session — a session marker that tells the application a sign-in session exists. Set after login; removed at logout.
  • active_org_id — remembers which organization workspace you are working in.

2. Local storage

We store the following preferences in your browser's localStorage. They never leave your device as tracking data:

  • syltra_language — your interface language.
  • syltra_theme — your light/dark appearance preference.
  • syltra_sidebar_collapsed — your sidebar layout preference.
  • active_org_id — your active organization workspace.

3. Third-party sign-in

If you use "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Apple", the sign-in scripts are loaded from Google and Apple, and those providers may set their own cookies as part of the authentication flow, under their own privacy policies. These scripts are used only for authentication.

4. Analytics and advertising

We currently use no analytics cookies and no advertising cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

5. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Because the cookies we use are strictly necessary, blocking them will prevent signing in to the platform.
